New Hire Paperwork FAQ – US Employees

Q: How do I create an account? 

A: Please locate the Welcome to ADP email sent from noreply@adp.com. Using the link in the email, create an account and choose ‘I have a registration code. You will need the registration code and associate ID from the email. Note: these codes are case sensitive. 

Q: My Social Security Number does not match. 

 

A: Please go back to Personal Info and uncheck the ‘Applied For’ box.

What is the “Applied For” box – By checking the “Applied For” box you are stating you do not have a social security number. You will not be able to successfully be hired with the ‘Applied For’ checked. Please complete onboarding once you have your social security number in hand.

Q: What paperwork do I need to fill out?  

 

A: You must complete all documents under Pending except from Payment Options. 

Q. What documents can I upload for Form I-9 

 

A: Please visit: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents for acceptable documents to upload for your Form I-9. You must upload either 1 document from Section A or one document each from Section B and Section C.  

   

Q: My onboarding won’t load and keeps spinning. 

A: Please email follettstaffing@nxtthingrpo.com with a screenshot of the error. 

 

Q: What happens after I complete the onboarding? 

A: Be on the lookout for an email from Follett Staffing (notification@jobvite.com) confirming your start date details.

Q: What if my start date is not what I thought it was supposed to be?

A: Please email follettstaffing@nxtthingrpo.com to confirm your start date.

Q: What do I do if I have any questions?

A: Please email follettstaffing@nxtthingrpo.com and someone will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours.
